Services instead of sales

Instead of selling their shares, veterinarians sign a service agreement with Smartemis and receive comprehensive support in all areas of practice management, such as marketing, finance, HR consulting, and IT. Our concept ensures that clinic owners retain

full control, while the animal health network provides the necessary resources and synergies.

Attractive sales options

After an agreed period, clinic owners have the option to sell a portion of their revenue (10%) in exchange for a payout. They retain full ownership and control of their clinic, as well as any profits generated beyond that. This option offers veterinarians financial flexibility, allowing them to shape the future of their practice independently.

Long-term flexibility
